Performance and use
3 layer 3 extruder air bubble film machine mainly consists of main extrusion system(double screw extruder), secondary extruding system(single screw extruder), forming unit, winding unit and electric control system. Firstly Raw materials was extruded by main extrusion system,next the bubble films are laminated with third layer PE film by the secondary extruding system.
Each layer is separately controlled,can have different thickness,
material formula and color.
