Performance and use

5 layer bubble film machine mainly consist of main extruder(single screw), secondary extruder(single screw), forming unit, aluminum foil lamination unit(2 sets), winding uint and electronic control system. Raw materials such as LDPE, LLDPE or recycled materials are firstly extruded by the main extruder at high temperature to produce bubble films. An additional PE film is then added by the secondary extruder. Composite materials such as aluminum foil, kraft paper, EPE foam can also be added. 5 layer bubble film is a new environmental friendly thermal insulation material which is used to house roof insulation,car insulation,block sunlight.
by first blowing polyethylene into bubble films and then laminating bubble film with aluminum foils.
We can add fire resistance mater batch to make this insulation foil become flame retardant materials.This gives bubble films thermal insulation, water-proof,fire-proof and moisture-proof abilities.
