Performance and use

5 layer bubble film machine mainly consist of main extruder(double screw), secondary extruder(signle screw), forming unit, aluminum foil lamination unit(2 sets), winding uint and electronic control system. Raw materials such as LDPE, LLDPE or recycled materials are firstly extruded by the main extruder at high temperature to produce bubble films. An additional PE film is then added by the secondary extruder. Composite materials such as aluminum foil, kraft paper, EPE foam,No-woven can also be added.
Compared to single screw extruder, twin screw extruder makes it possible to control thickness of bubble layer and base layer separately, thus having a better composite effect.
